How billing works
- Free account — no charge until you start using the software; no card on file.
- Invoice on the 1st of every month — records processed in the previous month × unit price, visible in the customer portal.
- Pay within 15 days via the Lemon Squeezy payment link in the portal (card or PayPal). The receipt is emailed immediately and can carry your company name, address and tax ID.
- Months with usage below ฿17 are carried forward to the next invoice (payment-provider minimum).
- You can verify usage before paying: the portal lists every job, and you can request a monthly report at info@datacorpapi.com.
- Jobs cancelled or interrupted midway are billed only for the records completed before stopping.
- No contract — stop using the software and there is no further invoice. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance.
