Terms of Service
Effective 2026-10-21 · Provider: datacorpapi.com ("we", "us") · Product: e-WorkPermit Tools (the "Software")
1. Acceptance
By opening an account, installing or using the Software, or paying an invoice, you ("you", the "Customer") agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you use the Software on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
2. Nature of the service
The Software is a Windows desktop application that runs on the Customer's own computers and automates repetitive tasks in the e-WorkPermit web portal operated by Thailand's Department of Employment (for example extracting reports, downloading documents and filling forms from Excel files), using the Customer's own e-WorkPermit credentials. We are a software vendor only. We are not a filing agent or document-processing service, we are not affiliated with the Department of Employment, and we make no representation about the outcome of any application.
3. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on any number of devices within your organisation, for your internal business purposes, under the operator name registered to your account. You may not resell, rent, or operate the Software as a service bureau for third parties, nor modify, decompile or redistribute it without our written consent. All intellectual property in the Software remains ours.
4. Your responsibilities
- You must hold a valid e-WorkPermit account and are responsible for every action the Software performs through that account at your instruction.
- You must verify input data (Excel files) and results before relying on them, in particular before any step that submits an application or incurs a government fee. The Software asks for confirmation before such steps.
- Usage is attributed to the operator name entered in the Software. You are responsible for all usage recorded under your operator name and must keep your portal password confidential.
- You must not use the Software in breach of the e-WorkPermit terms of use, data-protection law or any other applicable law.
5. Fees, invoicing and payment
- Fees are calculated from the number of records the Software processes successfully, which the Software records and transmits to us automatically, multiplied by the unit prices published on the Pricing page.
- On the 1st day of each month we issue an invoice for the previous month's usage. Invoices are payable within 15 days through the payment link in the customer portal. Amounts below the payment provider's minimum are carried forward to the next invoice.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy issues the receipt, collects applicable taxes and handles payment, refund and chargeback matters under the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms.
- If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date we may suspend your account until payment is received.
- Unit price changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
6. Term and termination
There is no fixed term and no automatic recurring charge. You may stop using the Software at any time; months without usage are not invoiced, but invoices for months already used remain payable. We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment or breach of these Terms. You may request permanent closure of your account by email.
7. Support and updates
We provide email support (info@datacorpapi.com) during จันทร์–ศุกร์ 09:00–18:00 น. (เวลาประเทศไทย) and deliver Software updates for as long as your account is active. The e-WorkPermit portal is a third-party system that may change without notice; we will make reasonable efforts to keep the Software working but do not guarantee that every function will be available at all times.
8. Warranty and liability
The Software is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. You remain solely responsible for decisions about, and submissions to, government authorities. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, government fees, penalties, or the outcome of any application.
9. Personal data
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
